Free international shipping over $500

*Due to the current COVID19 situation, the shipment may be delayed more than you expect*

Depending on the destination country and local shipping courier, it may take between 3 to 21 business days to deliver.

Please be aware of orders outside South Korea are subject to all import duties and taxes, to be paid by the customer to local customs.

Once payment has been completed, item will be start shipping within 2working days excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays.

If the parcel returns to us as unclaimed/unable to deliver due to incorrect contact information, an additional return fee will be deducted. The fee will be determined by the shipping company’s fee of the return shipment. If you wish us to ship the parcel again, you’ll be charged for additional postage.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

You can return a item for up to 14 days from the date you received it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

*The item has been damaged during shipping

*All goods returned without previous notice

To return an item you should use your local postal service at your own cost.  

Any duty or taxes that have been paid, as well as the original shipping charges, will not be refunded.


You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.

As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be.
